The story of Upbuild begins in a monastery.
On our quest to understand ourselves more deeply, we recognized it is our attachment to our egos — our identities — that gets in the way of being our true selves. Upbuild specializes in understanding the ego. We help you better understand your inner world – the motivations, insecurities, and emotions that affect your every action and relationship.
We are two former monks, a former startup founder/CEO, and a former managing director at an investment bank who all met in a Manhattan monastery. We are passionate about sharing what we’ve learned and continue to learn with individuals and organizations whose paths we're fortunate to cross.

UPBUILD COACHING TRAINING
6-month / 60-hour program. October, 2024 to April, 2025
This program will prepare you to use coaching skills in a wide variety of settings, whether coaching in private practice, leading in your organization, or becoming a more present partner, parent, and contributor in your community. Graduates will become an Upbuild Certified Coach.
We also have free webinars coming up to help you explore the power of coaching. At the webinar, you will get to watch a coaching demo, discover key coaching skills, learn about the coaching certification program, and meet the faculty.
